Architectural and Landscaping Review
All planned additions, modifications, improvements, or alterations that materially change your lot or the exterior of your house must be reviewed and approved in writing prior to beginning construction of the project. Owners are required to comply with the Declaration of Protective Covenants, the Architectural Standards and Guidelines, and all local zoning and development codes and laws. Owners are responsible for confirming their plans are compliant and for securing the necessary permits. Such projects include, but are not limited to, home additions, storage sheds, fences, gazebos, outdoor living areas, major paint changes and landscaping renovations.
At the 2017 VWOC Annual Meeting, owners voted to hire Superior Community Management to manage neighborhood compliance, including architectural and landscaping review applications.
